UPPER INTERMEDIATE 3 | IN PERSON

Upper Intermediate 3 covers chapters 5-6 in Stein på stein (2021), a text at the B1 level, and is designed for learners who are comfortable reading and communicating orally in Norwegian at a beginning/lower intermediate level, and who are serious about taking the next step in their Norwegian language learning journey. 

Learners will deepen their understanding of essential linguistic and cultural knowledge through weekly assignments as they increase skills related to reading, speaking, writing, and listening. Instruction is conducted primarily in Norwegian and will challenge learners to demonstrate their learning both orally and through writing. This class is recommended for those who have completed Intermediate Norwegian 5 and above, or the equivalent and who are committed to spending time on their Norwegian studies outside of class.

NAIV.SUPER | PART 2 | ONLINE

NAIV.SUPER | PART 2 | ONLINE

This course will continue from Naiv. Super Part 1, where we will finish reading Erlend Loe's Naiv. Super. We will continue to focus on spoken discussion on the topics introduced in the book. Students can expect to read approximately 10 pages per week, and lessons will be planned assuming that students have completed the assigned reading. Instruction will be primarily in Norwegian, and is intended for learners at the A2/B1 level. This course will build directly upon the work done in Naiv. Super Part 1, and as a result it is not recommended to take this course without completing Naiv. Super Part 1.
