 This beloved sitcom has been
  on air since 2013 and captures suburban family life in a relatable way\, 
 albeit undeniably Norwegian.&nbsp\; Jonas and Marie are happily in love an
 d are just settling into their new home in the fictional town of Granli\, 
 Østfold. The idyllic suburb seems\, or rather quickly seemed\, like the p
 lace to take their next steps until they meet their neighbors\, the quirky
  Pedersen family and the affluent Kopperud family. Each 20-minute episode 
 tests the neighbors’ persistence and the new residents’ relationship.&
 nbsp\;
 Participants will watch 2-3 episodes per week at home. Every othe
 r class period will introduce the coming episodes with new vocabulary\, an
 d we'll discuss the previous episode. As 100 episodes are currently broadc
 ast\, the course will focus on seasons 1-4\, and draw from the subsequent.
  There will also be a few grammar exercises and writing assignments. This 
 course is intended for a range of learners in the B1/C2 levels.
