 Join us as we read Skråpånatta\, an 
 epic novel about a rural community and Norway on the brink of war–a stor
 y of the passage of generations\, of betrayal and of an aging priest trapp
 ed by the prophecy of his own death. A new generation at Hekne has inherit
 ed the obsessions of their ancestors and senses that the omens of the Hekn
 e Tapestry are soon to be fulfilled–among them the prophecy of Skråpån
 atta\, the night of doom that\, according to the local folklore\, will mar
 k the final day of the known world.&nbsp\;
 Each week we will work throug
 h the novel using&nbsp\; targeted vocabulary lists and discussion tasks 
 — progressively building reading\, writing\, speaking\, and listening sk
 ills in Norwegian. This class is designed for learners at the B1/B2 interm
 ediate to upper intermediate level.&nbsp\;
